In keeping with this, we carry out work focused on managing the work environment; performance; development opportunities; internal communication; talent management; and training and development. These are strategic functions as they respond to the business units' functional and operational needs and go hand in hand with the achievement of company objectives and goals.
The corporate Human Resources management team operates with a global view and has the objective of promoting the best practices possible in the company. It is organized through the Human Resources management teams in each division, which work in line with business strategies used in the different formats in each country.
